BYE MR.STRESS

Don’t you just hate it when you're  stressed out, when you can’t control your negativity, when you think everything around you is just going wrong, when you just wanna end it. I have felt like this millions of time, used to feel it every other day, I was done at some point, I was done at some point because I couldn’t handle it and I didn’t wanted it. I didn’t want to be stressed. So if I didn’t want it why was I letting it ruin me, why was it still there snatching my positivity, why? Because I had allowed it to enter, I had BUILD MY OWN STRESS. I was responsible for my negativity.

Yes! It’s true that we build our own stress, because we can even let go but we allow “STRESS” to enter from the front door and destroy us, that’s our nature, it needs to stop. I was the same freak who would get stressed out, feel bad about it, cry about it and then use to repeat it until one day when I was saturated  and I decided my smile, my happiness is precious and I can’t just let it go, what needs to go is “MR. STRESS”. It wasn’t easy to be happy and positive all quick it took time. It’s us who let things or people destroy us, without our permission no one can even dare to destroy you or make you feel bad about yourself. I had let go stress and that pressure, yes! I starting to ignore and not giving a damn about everything that upsets me, I needed to let go of it. Trust me once the bad stuff is off you feel good, pure and happy. But the key to be a happy person is in your hands, you can lock the negativity away or just open it up to yourself still the choice is yours.

My realization took time, but I am glad that at least it did come to me. At the end of the day I am much a happy person than I used to be because all that negativity that was holding me back is gone now.

Human nature is to get panic attacks, and anxiety and stress, but you can’t just be stuck at them there is world out there waiting for you to shine, don’t dull your sparkle. At  points stress would knock the door again and again just to mock you but here is what you need to do, you need to take deep breathe, say to yourself “ I can do this” and then shout “ get the hell outta here Mr. Stress”. Once done with this go buy yourself some food and live it.

From next time don’t focus on stress or why it is there, it will be always there knocking on the door, but you should not lose yourself  to some pathetic minority.
